Trunk Club

I absolutely love when my Nordstrom Trunk Club box appears at my doorstep!! If you haven’t signed up for this box, you are missing a good thing!!

If you aren’t familiar, Nordstrom Trunk Club is a personal styling service (for women and men). They send you a box of goodies depending on your account profile and what your current needs are. You can request the frequency…once a month, quarterly, etc… There is a $25 styling fee…that is waived if you have a Nordstrom card. So, if you have a card, it is basically a free styling service that arrives all wrapped in a brown box at your front door. If you want to keep one thing, nothing, or all the things, just ship back what you don’t want for free (or drop off at a nearby Nordstrom). This is great to fit into busy schedules, because sometimes we just don’t have time to shop! And best of all, you’re getting all great quality pieces from a great store.

All I can think about is summer dresses, bathing suits and flip flops. I always gravitate to neutral colors, mix and match styles and easy dresses that can take me from poolside to dinner. Here are a few of my favorites from Nordstrom that I’ll be bringing along with me!

I always request neutral pieces so I can mix and match items from the box with things already hanging in my closet. My wardrobe needed a few fresh basics that can transition into spring. They sent me a gray and a tan cashmere sweater, a long neutral cardigan, a bright white sweater with great gold button detail, two pairs of denim (AGOLDE light wash and FRAME dark skinnies) and the most comfortable white sneakers.

*A couple box favorites: If you don’t have white sneakers in your closet yet, these are a great starter pair! They are amazingly soft, not as much of a splurge as a golden goose sneaker and will be a neutral staple for spring. Wear with denim, jumpsuits, sweat sets, shorts, dresses…just about anything! I’m loving this cardigan and right now it’s under $40! I’ll be grabbing this one in multiple colors. It’s so light, airy and soft. A perfect layering piece to take you into months with warmer days and chilly nights.
